FEATURED SPEAKER: Fr. David Mary, FBM
Fr. David Mary is the Superior of the Franciscan Brothers Minor, a religious order of Franciscans. These Brothers take their vow of poverty very seriously – walking everywhere possible, going barefoot unless the situation requires sandals or boots, owning nothing, relying solely on food donations for meals, and simply wearing their brown habits year round.
Fr. David worked for 3 years with young adults at St. John the Evangelist Parish in Philadelphia, where he was Co-Director of the Catholic Underground ministry, formed houses of discernment, and led retreats, Bible studies, a pro-life group, and outreach to the poor/homeless.
